By accessing and using Terraware's intelligence platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including government agencies, defense contractors, enterprise clients, and individual users with authorized access.
2. Description of Services
Terraware provides an advanced intelligence platform that delivers:
- Real-time global threat monitoring and analysis
- Risk assessment and situational awareness tools
- Geospatial intelligence and mapping capabilities
- Data aggregation from verified government and open sources
- Predictive analytics and machine learning insights
- Crisis response and emergency management support
3. User Accounts and Access
Account Registration
Access to Terraware Services requires account registration and approval. You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
Security Clearance Requirements
Certain features and data sources may require appropriate security clearances or government authorization. Users are responsible for maintaining valid clearances as required.
Authorized Use Only
Access is granted solely for legitimate intelligence, security, and risk assessment purposes. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Sources and Accuracy
Our platform aggregates data from multiple sources including:
- U.S. State Department travel advisories and security alerts
- CIA World Factbook and government intelligence reports
- Verified news sources and media outlets
- Satellite imagery and geospatial data providers
- International organization reports and assessments
While we strive for accuracy, users acknowledge that intelligence data may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to interpretation. Users must exercise professional judgment in applying this information.
5. Export Controls and Compliance
Terraware Services may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including:
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions
Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use the Services for:
- Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
- Unauthorized surveillance or privacy violations
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
- Sharing access credentials or unauthorized account access
- Interfering with platform security or functionality
- Commercial resale or redistribution of data without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
The Terraware platform, including software, algorithms, user interfaces, and proprietary analysis methods, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as authorized.
Users retain ownership of data they input into the platform, while granting Terraware necessary rights to process and analyze such data to provide Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Terraware provides intelligence services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. Users acknowledge that:
- Intelligence analysis involves inherent uncertainties
- Decisions based on platform data are made at user's discretion
- Terraware is not liable for consequences of user decisions
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for Services
9. Termination
Either party may terminate access to Services with appropriate notice. Terraware reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Security concerns or unauthorized access attempts
- Loss of required security clearances
- Non-payment of fees
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, except where government entities require alternative dispute resolution procedures.
